Full job description
JD Specialized Recruitment has partnered with an internationally recognised Safari Company, with properties in Southern & East Africa to recruit dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced DMC RETAIL TRAVEL SPECIALISTS .
PLEASE NOTE – This position is based at their Head Office in Johannesburg and only open to South African Residents.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Travel Specialist experience.
- Understanding of travel industry channels.
- Creative planning and designing of itineraries.
- Manage the Reservations process.
- ESS experience is essential.
- WETU and Tourplan experience are advantageous.
- A good knowledge of South Africa, Southern and East Africa preferable.
- Excellent communication, time-management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience creating the ultimate guest experiences.
- Well-developed understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
- An employment history that displays commitment and achievement.
